The Denver Broncos have named Jim Goodman vice president of football operations/player personnel and hired former Atlanta Falcons executive Brian Xanders as assistant general manager. Xanders spent the last 14 seasons in Atlanta. He’s in charge of the Broncos’ salary cap and will assist in personnel matters.
